Hill, Barbara Helen Faith 77, of Peoria, AZ passed away on October 23, 2016. Our beloved Barbara was ushered into her eternal waltz by her husband, sister, three children and the wonderful staff at - Sherman House. Barbara was born on April 30, 1939 to Samuel Faith and Golda Fern Watson Faith in Corydon, Indiana. She was surrounded by loving cousins, aunts and uncles growing up in New Albany, Indiana. Her love of music lead her to study organ and cello at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where she met the love of her life and spouse of 55 years, Charles "Dee" Hill, from Rochester, Indiana. They both became teachers employed in Indianapolis until the first of their three children was born. After that, Barbara was a devoted stay-at-home Mom whom "nothing got past". She taught piano lessons at home while also staying active as an accompanist on organ and piano and choir director at several churches including Calvary United Methodist Church in Brownsburg, Indiana where the family attended for many years. Her last career was as a software developer for the State of Indiana where she used her sharp mental skills and loved her work. Husband, Charles D. Hill, Daughters, Christine Hobbi (Babak) and Cynthia Assemi (Faramarz), Son, Steve Hill (Noreen), Grandchildren: Roxanna Reforme (Boris), Cpl. Javid Assemi (Iris), Zachariah Hobbi, Bijan Assemi, Cyrus Hobbi, Ashkon Assemi, Leyla Hobbi, and Helen Hill. Barbara is also survived by one great grandson, Moziar Reforme, siblings, Larry Faith (Ginny) and Pamela Engle (Steve), along with many other extended family.
