Barbara Johnson, 43, of Smithfield, Virginia, passed Sunday, December 22, 2019. Barbara was born to Robert Wilson , and Florence Wilson , August 04, 1976 in Smithfield, Virginia.

Barbara graduated from Smithfield in 1971. She married Jerry Allen Johnson in 58 years, and they lived together in Smithfield. Barbara worked at Smithfield packing plant until she retired in 1989.

Barbara is survived by 6 children: Michelle Tynes (Luther Tynes ), Catina Simmons (Dallas Simmons ), Jermaine Johnson (Julian Johnson ), Jerry Johnson jr, , and . She also is survived by 8 grandchildren.
