Barbara House, 71, of Columbus, Ohio, passed on June 26, 2021. Barbara was born on April 13, 1950 to Nelvin A. & Robert E. Leigh

She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School class of 1976. After graduation she attended Ohio State University.

Her talents were cooking and sewing. In her younger years, everything Barb wore; she made. She was an amazing seamstress. Once for Christmas, she asked for material as a Christmas gift. "WHO DOES THAT"

Barb was preceded in death by her mother, Nelvin A. Leigh; father, Robert A. Leigh; maternal grandmother, Mattie Lou Arnold (Granny); sister, Dorothy Young; brothers Terry Joe House, Tommy (Vanessa) Arnold, Ronnie and LeVaughn Springer; Daughter in-law Shontel Watson.

She leaves to cherish her memorie; two sisters Martha Liggins and Patricia Hill; three children Charles Jones, Marc and Bobby house; 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren along with a host of nieces,nephew,cousins and many other great people who surrounded her with love

She was our protector in our eyes and will be truly missed!
