Barba Mariani, 84, of Augusta, Georgia, passed Friday, January 26, 2018. Barba was born to Harry Combs, and Willia Mae, October 18, 1933, in Augusta, Georgia.

Barba graduated from Westside High. She married Willie Mariani in 1956, and they lived together in Augusta. Barba worked as a Caregiver until she retired 21 years later.

Barba is survived by 8 children: Rebecca (Samuel), Fredrick (Juanita), Julia Mae, Clearance (Torri), Elijah, Rosemary (Thomas), Jackie (Evelyn), and Willie Jr. (Betty). She also is survived by 23 grandchildren.
