Ava Smith, 73, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed Friday, August 03, 2018. Ava was born to Justin Hogan, and Lilly Hogan, May 05, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Bryan Smith in 1993, and they lived together in Jacksonville Florida. Ava worked as a Registered Nurse until she retired in 2011.

Ava is survived by 5 children: Latania Smith-Washington, Shawn Collins, Deandre Scott, Ramon Smith, and Corey Smith. She also is survived by 3 grandchildren.
