Aurora WilliamsJune 19, 1923November 5, 2016Aurora Williams, 93, passed away November 5, 2016 in her home with family by her side. She was born on June 19, 1923 in her beloved Mexico City, immigrated to U.S. in 1948 living in Alhambra, California for 53 years, and spent her last years in Reno.She had many artistic talents that kept her busy - sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidery to name a few. She worked as a cosmetologist for many years and volunteered at hospitals, schools, and her church. She touched many lives with her generosity, kindness, and compassion.She was a devoted wife to George "Flaco" for 56 years; loving mother to daughters, Maria Harder (Bill), Pat Jones (Ron), and son George Williams (Virginia); doting grandmother to Aaron, Steve, Matt, Holly, Scott, Emily, Matt, Liam, Miranda, Mackenzie; and adoring great grandmother "GG" to 19 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by many but we know she was welcomed into heaven by the many loved ones who have gone before her.We will celebrate her life with a Memorial Mass at 1:00 on Tuesday, Nov. 15, Little Flower Church, 875 E.
