Arvilla (Billie) Payne, 94, of Monroe, Utah, United States, passed Thursday, September 19, 2019, and was reunited at last with her sweetheart.

Arvilla was born April 13, 1925, as Arvilla Jensen. She married Evon Payne on March 10, 1944, and their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple shortly thereafter. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children: Bonita (Bill) Reynolds, Deanna Gilchrist, Jeannie (Kelly) Clements, James (Merrilee) Payne, 17 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Graveside Service will be held at the Monroe City Cemetery at 11:30 on September 25, 2019.
