Arthur Paul MacNeil, was born on June 16, 1951 in Norfolk, Massachusetts to Arthur and Marjorie MacNeil. He passed away on October 23, 2016 at Largo Med- ical Center. Arthur was preceded in death by his son Billy MacNeil, brothers Billy and Danny MacNeil, and sister Jean Collins. Arthur is survived by his wife Dianne of 20 years; son Paul MacNeil of Hampton, New Hampshire; daughters Brenda MacNeil of Largo, Florida, Karen Mainville of Uxbridge, Massachusetts and Jillian MacNeil of Uxbridge, Massachusetts; brothers James MacNeil of Bellingham, Massachusetts, Richard MacNeil of Attleboro, Massachusetts, Russell MacNeil of Bellingham, Massachusetts; sister Judy Collins of Largo, Florida; grandchildren Sean MacNeil, Liam MacNeil, Teirnan MacNeil, Quinn MacNeil, Thomas Mainville, Jaclyn Blair, Joseph Blair, Elleigh, Kaylee, Jaxson and Aaron; great-grandchild Ayden and many nieces and nephews.
