FREMONT — Arthur Ray "Art" Hausbach, age 65, of Fremont, Indiana, died on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Art was born on July 7, 1951, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the son of Willis and Loretta (Lichtsinn) Hausbach. He graduated from Eastside High School in Butler, Indiana. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and was formerly a member of ABATE. He was a Chicago Bears fan, and recently was able to attend a pre-season game in Chicago with his family. Survivors include his stepson, Randy Houser of Fremont, Indiana; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Houser of Angola, Indiana; two sisters, Euphrasia Shearer of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Grace Dickerson of Sullivan, Indiana; a brother, Josiah Hausbach of Coldwater, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Willis Hausbach. Calling hours to celebrate Art's life will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016, at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. According to his wishes cremation will take place.
