ZOOK - Arthur C. "Art" 65, of Carrollton, KY, died January 24, 2017 at his residence in Carrollton. He was born on November 9, 1951 in Pennsylvania, the son of Douglas Robert Zook of Tulsa, OK and the late Vivian Miller Zook. He was a former Supervisor in Heavy Construction and a member of the Steam Fitters Union Local 22. He was of the Catholic Faith. He is survived by his wife Claudia Smith Way of Carrollton; his father; two sons Stephen (Leigh) Zook of Sugarhill, GA and Michael (Lindsay) Zook of Williamsville, NY; two daughters Michelle and Stacey Zook, both of Williamsville; a stepson John (Bethany) Way IV of Indianapolis, IN; a stepdaughter Erin (Rick) Way Purvis of Richmond, KY; two brothers Rick Zook of Denver, CO and Douglas Zook, Jr. of San Diego, CA; two sisters Karen Jessen of Kansas City, MO and Sharon Underwood of Tulsa; four granddaughters and two step-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his mother. At his request, no services are planned at this time. The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
