Adams Arlie Adams, 81, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 in Upper Arlington, OH. Arlie was born on October 22, 1935 in Louisa, KY to George and Effie Adams. Arlie is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers George and John Adams. He is survived by wife of 60 years, Peggy Adams; sons, Arlie (Mary) Adams and James Adams; grandchild, Karen; four great-grandchildren; sister, Jeannette; and many other loving family members and friends. Arlie was a Computer Programmer for Dresser Industries for 30 years until retirement. He was listed in the Who's Who International for his contributions in the early years of computers. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 12 noon also at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery.
