Araceli Chavez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on November 12, 2020 in Raleigh, North Carolina at the age of 49.
Araceli was born on May 4, 1971 to Fidel and Maria Chavez. She married the love of her life, Alfredo Perez, in 1999 and together they raised three wonderful children - Michelle, Perla Alejandra, and Omar Juan.
Araceli was a proud graduate of Sanderson High School class of 1989 and dedicated much of her time to volunteering with Dogs In NC organization, a cause that was near and dear to her heart.
She had a passion for helping others and always had a smile on her face. Araceli enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two precious grandchildren.
Araceli will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
