She was born on April 30, 1983, to Mary Joann Jones and is survived by her sister, Robin Routh. She was the beloved wife of Jason Johnson, whom she married in 2005, and the loving mother of Noah, Kayla, Katie, Jason, and Timothy.

April was a dedicated stay-at-home mom who found joy in spending time with her children. Her hobbies included social media and playing with her kids, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

April's life was tragically cut short by heart disease and breast cancer, but her impact will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
