Antoine Grange, passed away at 3:11 AM on Tuesday, November 5. 2023 in the comfort of his home.

Antoine Grange was born on February 1, 1944 in Manhattan, NY, moved to Miami, FL at the age of twelve before moving to New Orleans where she graduated high school, and settled in Lake Charles in 1986. She then began her career with the Calcasieu Parish school board and retired as the director of the extended day program at Prien Lake Elementary School. 

he was a football fan, with Saints being her number one team. Antoine Grange enjoyed being in the outdoors doing yard work. She had a special place in her heart for dogs and loved them unconditionally as they did for her.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Stacey Leneck of Plainsboro, NJ and Kathleen Leneck Ray (Jason) of Lafayette; a son, Jerry Lenecek (Kathy) of Sugarland; grandchildren, Giada, Nola, and Gray Caracausi, Madison Ray, and Reilly Lenecek; and her beloved grand dog, Stella.

he was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Lenecek and parents, June and Richard Rolfe.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 30, 2023 in the Johnson Funeral Home chapel. Father Andrew Christensen will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
