Anthony's outgoing personality and charismatic nature brought so much laughter into the lives of those around him. He most enjoyed being around those he loved and spending time with his son. The memories and special times spent with him will be cherished and kept close to our hearts. Anthony will be remembered for the joy and fun he brought to his family and friends and will forever be missed. Anthony is survived by his parents, Paul and Elaine Rocha; his son Silas, his sisters, Rebecca and Jessica and his brothers Paul Jr., Hector and Ryan Rocha, his maternal grandmother Patricia Scarey and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Visalia on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba.
