Anthony Harper , 70, of Brooklyn, New York, passed on May 17,2023.

Anthony Richard Ricky Harper was born March 9, 1953 to the late Louis Harper and Lillian Harper. He attended Canarsie High School where he graduated. He later married childhood friend and love of his life Arlicia Shipman Harper in 1977, who proceeded him in death. They shared three beautiful children. 

Ricky served in the Airforce from 1972-1975. He then became a sales agent until 1999. He then embarked in a new journey within the New York City Transit Authority. He retired in 2016. He spent his free time enjoying the breeze on the porch and hanging with the fellas. 

Proceeding him in death, brother Leroy Green Harper. Left to forever cherish his memory and legacy, his children Antoinette Harper, Tenisha Harper and Malik Shipman; Grandchildren Mekhi Harper, Laila Harper, Anadja Shipman and Tanora Gibson; His siblings Delliah “Sheryl” Bond, Kenneth Harper and sister-in-law Elaine; Special cousins Diane Johnson and Artis Harper; Goddaughter Vonda Johnson and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
