In loving memory of Anthony Nicholson

We gather here to bid farewell to our beloved Anthony Nicholson, a man whose life was marked by love, dedication, and compassion. Anthony peacefully passed away on August 25, 2023, in his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

Born on April 16, 1956, Anthony was the cherished son of Albert Nicholson and Patrice Nicholson. He grew up surrounded by love and support, and those values became the guiding principles of his life.

In 1982, Anthony joined in matrimony with his dearly beloved wife, Pamela Nicholson. Their union was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Alicia Nicholson, who would go on to become a source of immeasurable happiness and pride for Anthony and Pamela. Alicia eventually found her soulmate in James Wilkins, further expanding the love and joy within their family.

Anthony was a lifelong learner, and he applied himself diligently during his studies at Independence High School. In 1974, he proudly received his high school diploma, marking the beginning of a remarkable chapter in his life.

A man of perseverance and dedication, Anthony pursued a career in mechanics, where he touched the lives of many through his skills and knowledge. Colleagues and friends would often admire his work ethic and willingness to help others.

Tragically, Anthony's life was cut short due to a stroke. This unforeseen event has left a void within his family and community that can never be filled. We mourn the loss of a compassionate soul, a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished friend.

Today, as we bid farewell to Anthony Nicholson, we remember him for his kindness, his generosity, and his unwavering love for his family. Though he may no longer be with us in the physical form, his spirit and memory will forever be etched in our hearts.

Anthony leaves behind a lasting legacy and is survived by his loving wife, Pamela; his beloved daughter, Alicia, and son-in-law, James Wilkins. He also leaves behind two adored grandchildren. His memory will continue to live on through his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
