Annette Sims, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on December 10, 2025, in Austell, Georgia. She was born on June 5, 1952, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and generosity.

Annette was a dedicated member of her community, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She was known for her warm smile and kind heart, touching the lives of all who knew her. Annette had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours tending to her beautiful flowers.

She is survived by her loving children, James (Tameka) Christine and Bereket, and her four grandchildren Jordan, Jamese, James III, Ja'Frederick. Annette's siblings, Donna and Ricky, will miss her dearly, as will her many friends and extended family members.

Annette will be remembered for her unwavering strength and resilience in the face of adversity. She faced life's challenges with grace and courage, inspiring all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Annette, who battled cancer with grace and determination.
