Anne Reed, of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on September 20, 1962,

Anne will be deeply missed by her four children: Louis Reed Jr (and spouse Latoya Reed), Hammel Reed, Carolina Reed (and spouse David James), and Michael Reed (and spouse Shawnee Reed). She also leaves behind 15 adoring grandchildren.

Anne attended South Boston High School, graduating in 1980. She went on to have a successful career at the Department of Corrections, retiring in 2005.

Anne had a zest for life and a love of baking, dancing, puzzles, and hiking. She approached everything she did with a smile and a positive attitude, making friends wherever she went.

Anne will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her kindness, sense of humor, and love of family. May she rest in peace.
