Anna Lorraine Bunch, a long time resident of Brawley, passed away peacefully October 14, 2014 in San Diego, California. She was born on December 7, 1919 in Rogers, Arkansas to Hershel and Vera Brewer. Lorraine married her husband of 53 years, Edward Earl Bunch, on August 12, 1941 in Yuma, Arizona. A homemaker and mother to Patsy Johnson and Bob Bunch, Lorraine also worked in the cantaloupe sheds and produce industry alongside her husband. Well known for her quilts and handcrafted goods, Lorraine also enjoyed making clothing and costumes for her grandchildren. She found enjoyment in caring for her yard, as well as time spent in Julian, California and Puertecitos, Mexico. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband Earl Bunch, and her grandson James Bradley Bunch. She is survived by her daughter Patsy Johnson (Paul) of San Diego, son Bob Bunch (Margie) of Brawley, 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchil- dren, and 6 great- great-grandchildren.
