Ann Peterson, 73, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed on September 02, 2023. Ann was born on January 01, 1950. Ann was born to the parents of Frank Peterson Sr. and Loretta Peterson, both whom preceded her in death . Ann was born second child of twelve children. Her daughters Charlotte White Hillard and Norlotta White Long, and seven of her siblings, Elise Ray Johnson; Joe Peterson; Johnny Peterson; Audrey Brigham, Dwight Peterson, Frank Peterson Jr., Joyce Peterson, Kent Peterson, all preceded her in death.

Ann was affectionately known as "NENE" and "GRANDMA."She was the matriarch of the family who was known for her "Fancy Outfits" her " Sweet Tea" and her " Love for Working in her yard."

Ann accepted Christ at a young age abs truly loved the Lord. She read her Bible daily and had her children in church every Sunday. She was a member of the St.John Missionary Baptist Church well over 30 years.

Ann attended Central High School in Oklahoma City, where she played basketball. She would work in the childcare field for many years. She ran her own home daycare and would later go to work for St. Luke's United Methodist Church. After retiringfrom St. Luke's, she would go to work for the loving "Duckville Daycare," under the direction of Donna Jones. All the children at Duckville really loved her and affectionately called her "Grandma."

She leaves to Celebrate her home going, her son Norris White II and nephew/son Joey Johnson White and all of Oklahoma City, fifteen Grandchildren: Natasha, Doniesha, Mercedas, Quakneesha, Erica, Randy, Sasha,Norris III, Dominique,Desmond, Dymond, Anastasia, Billie, Halen,Randy. Ten great Grandchildren; her siblings Ernella, Kenneth, and Von; her special Friend, George and a host of nieces, and nephews and friends.
