Anita Garcia AguilarMay 12, 1944 - October 19, 2017VisaliaLoving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Anita Garcia Aguilar, 72, of Visalia, California was called home to Heaven surrounded by family and friends on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fresno, California four months to the date of the passing of her devoted and beloved husband Tommy Aguilar."Annie" was born on May 12, 1944 to Joaquin and Bertha Garcia in Artesia, New Mexico. The family, which included four older brothers, Ambrosio, Eloy, Abel and Gabriel, relocated to Visalia when she was just an infant.She was an incredible homemaker and showered love and kindness on anyone who crossed her path.On July 18, 1964, she married Thomas Aguilar in Visalia, California and shared 53 beautiful years on earth together.Annie is survived by one brother, Eloy Garcia of West Point, CA and by her three sons, Javier Aguilar, Tommy G. Aguilar, both of Visalia and Michael Paul Aguilar of Kenosua, Wisconsin and Mia Forgen of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania; 8 beautiful grandchildren - Patricia, Rachel, Isaac, Crystal, Michael, Tommy III, Sierra and David and 5 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nephews and nieces and extended family members.Memorial services will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W.
