Angela Welshans, beloved mother, grandmother, and perpetual life of the party, passed away on August 18, 2024 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was born on July 22, 1973 to her mother Waynette Dupuy and brought endless joy and laughter to those around her.

Angela leaves behind her three children, Brittany Ann Dickey (spouse Terry Dickey), Samuel Welshans, and Grace Welshans. Although she was a devoted mother, her true pride and joy came from spoiling her grandchildren.

Angela was a graduate of Airline High School, class of 1991. She was known for her contagious laughter and witty humor, which she never failed to share generously with everyone she met.

Despite her larger-than-life personality, Angela struggled with alcoholism, which ultimately led to her passing. However, let it be known that she lived her life to the fullest, never missing an opportunity to share a drink and a laugh with those she loved.

Angela will be remembered for her infectious smile, her irreverent sense of humor, and her unwavering love for her family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local addiction recovery program in Angela's memory.
