Angel Welborn, 70, of Raleigh, North Carolina, passed on September 28, 2020. Angel was born on January 01, 1950. She's leaves behind a family that truly loved her. Her empact on not only her family's lives but the community as well, she left a mark that no one can replace. She will dearly missed.
