Angel was born to her parents, John and Mary Williams, and grew up in a loving home alongside her three siblings. She graduated from Nashville High School in 1968 before attending the University of Tennessee, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Education.

After college, Angel embarked on a career as an educator, serving as a dedicated and compassionate teacher for nearly four decades. During her tenure, she touched the lives of countless students, inspiring them to chase their dreams and achieve their full potential. Her kindness and unwavering dedication to her students will never be forgotten.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Angel was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking big family dinners, playing board games, and spending time outdoors, especially on camping trips and family vacations.
