Angel Diaz, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on August 9, 2024, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Born on January 15, 1940, to Roberto and Maria Diaz, Angel was a loving spouse to Isabella for nearly 60 years.

Throughout his life, Angel worked as a talented chef, bringing joy to many through his delicious creations. He retired in 2020, leaving behind a legacy of culinary excellence.

In his free time, Angel enjoyed fishing and cooking, always finding peace and joy in the kitchen or by the water. He was a dedicated family man, raising three children: Jose Miguel, Maria, and Benny Manuel, who went on to start their own families.

Angel leaves behind his beautiful wife, children, and seven adoring grandchildren. While he may be gone, his memory will live on through the delicious meals he cooked and the love he shared with his family.

Angel Diaz will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
