Shepherd , Andy Ray,65, passed away on November 13, 2016. Andy was born on November 6, 1951, in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Dean Shepherd, Sr. and Alice Seibel. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Judy Shepherd; two sons, Nathan Shepherd (Diana) and Thad Shepherd; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean "Rod" Shepherd, Jr. (Sheila).
