Andrew David McNeil , 53, passed on April 14, 2021. He was born to David McNeil and Linda Hines McNeil in Kingston, Jamaica on June 16, 1967.

He married Kelly Jackson in 1996 and they lived together in Houston, Texas. Together they raised 5 children Melody , Frank, Andrew, Omar, Dylan. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

Andrew graduated from Jack Yates in 1985 and received a degree from the Texas Southern University in 1992.

Andrew worked at Halliburton and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

He loved his family and took his job as a father as his most important calling His love of football and Famous Barbecue will make him a neighborhood legend.
