Andre Briggs AKA Herman was born on August 3,1964 at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY to Ella Briggs and Jessie Barber. Andre was playfully refered to as Herman due to his rambunctious spirt. Andre later attended Sleepy Hollow Highschool and graduated in 1982. He furthered his education at Marist College and earned a BS in Behavioral Science. Andre enjoyed listening to music, watching sports ,and chasing the ladies . But most importantly he loved being with his family and friends. He played a major role in raising his nieces and nephews. He always showed up no matter what. He was thoughtful , kind, and an all around good time . Sadly Andre transitioned home on Monday October 18. 2021. Andre is preceded in death with his Mother Ella, Brother Corey, Uncle James ,Uncle Bo ,Aunt Alice ,Aunt Pumpkin , and Aunt Mary. He leaves in mouring Sisters Wanda,Charin, Lorrie Brothers Timothy,Derrick,Jeremiah, and Martin. He also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends.
