We are sad to announce the passing of Amari Coley, who left us on January 6, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born on August 25, 2003, Amari brought laughter and joy to all who knew him.

Amari leaves behind his loving partner, Brother Damion Jr, and his dedicated parents, Step Father Kevin Mitchell and Kenneasha Coley. Despite not having any children of his own, Amari was adored by his family and friends.

Amari was a bright student, graduating from Radford High School in 2021 before continuing his studies at the University of Las Vegas and graduating in 2026. He pursued a career as a behavior specialist for autistic children, where he made a meaningful impact on the lives of many.

Outside of work, Amari had a passion for singing, dancing, drawing, and painting. He had a contagious energy that brought life to every room he entered.

Unfortunately, Amari's life was cut short by a sickle cell crisis. While we mourn his loss, we will always remember the laughter and love he brought into our lives. Rest in peace, dear Amari.
