Alvin Barlow, 88, passed on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at Veranda Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Harlingen, Texas. Alvin was born on October 17, 1929, in Austin, Texas.

Alvin is predeceased by his wife, Thelma Barlow.

He is survived by his brother, Norman Barlow; his step-grandchildren, Sergio and Ann Marie Gutierrez, and his sister-in-law, Marie Haney. Mr. Barlow is also survived by friends, Jim and Liz Sledge.
