Alton Conwell Brumfield Jr. was a lifelong resident of Kenner and Laplace La,for many years. On Monday May 1, 2025 at 2:10 am a Kenner Oschner Hospital. AltonJr. Was born on June 6,1949, He was lifted up through the gates of heaven, at the age of 75 to the union of the late Alton sr,and Mable Brumfield of Nacogdoches Texas.

Alton Jr. education started in Texas, during his early years, he also attended schools in New Orleans and attend John H Martyn high school. Before he was enlists in the Army he started working after he came home from the service honorary discharge he worked at the Time-picayune for 20 + years, as a Bail bondsman, ACl glass company all of New Orleans, and Hewitt Packard of Texas. while service in the Army for 10 years he was stationed in Forthworth Texas, Frankfurt Germany,and Oklahoma City.

Alton Jr. moved his Family back to the City of New Orleans, and later moved to Laplace La, where him and his family lived until God call him home. Alton Jr. meet the love of his life Katie Mae Robinson whom he dated for many years and later ask her hand in marriage they were married on January 26,1967. Alton and Katie Brumfield has been married for 57 years until God call him home they enjoyed their life , & their marriage was truly a blessing from God, in holy matrimony. Alton & Katie Brumfield shared 5 lovely kids together , Rhodesia Ann Brumfield, LaTanya Maria Brumfield, Alton Conwell Brumfield III, Bridget Bonita Brumfield, and Byron Craig Brumfield.

Preceding him in death his father Alton Conwell Brumfield Sr. mother Mable Porter Brumfield, one daughter LaTanya Maria Brumfield, two brothers, Danny Porter, Keith Ellis Brumfield Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Katie Mae Robinson Brumfield, Four of his children, Rhodesia, Alton Ill, (Jessica), Bridget Bonita Brumfield, and Bryon Craig Brumfield., 10 Grand Children 16 Great grand children. Brothers Gecoba Brumfield (Laplace), Simon Sr. (.), Alan Brumfield Sr. sisters, Michele Brumfield Eugene (Herbert) of Dallas Texas, Joanne Brumfield (. ) NewOrleans, Catherine Brumfield Swinney (.) Kenner, Sheri Frazier of New Orleans and one Faithful Sister In law Denise Anderson Brumfield of Laplace, and a Host of Neices, Nephew, And other relatives and Friends.
