GLEESINGAlta “Elaine” Alta “Elaine” Gleesing, 73, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016, at -Toledo Facility. She was born on July 17, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Phillip and Eleanor Riley. Elaine was a 1961 graduate of Clay High School and worked for Medical Mutual, retiring after 23 years of service. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed cooking, crafts and taking trips down South to see the mountains. She will be dearly missed. Elaine is survived by her children, Charles (Rose) Gleesing, Maria (Dan) Hartwig, Sarah (John) Berry and Christina (Mark) Hughes; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary Jean Key and her brother-in-law, Glenn Key.A memorial gathering will take place at the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S.
