Almeda Roberson was born on May 3, 1951, in Hendersonville, Tennessee, United States, to Edwin Lee and Mary Lee. She was married to Richard Roberson in 1977 and they had two children, Julia Ryles (spouse Michael Ryles) and Mary Hovatter (spouse Joshua Hovatter). Almeda also leaves behind four beloved grandchildren; Lillie Arndell, Xavier Ryles, Bruce Ryles, Ellen McGhee. She also leaves behind 7 beloved great grandchildren.

Almeda worked as a Pharmacist and retired in 2007. In her free time, she enjoyed renovating old cottages and real estate she found as projects. She loved a good challenge. She also was quick to any yard sale, or estate sale, a hobby that brought her great joy.

On February 24, 2026, Almeda passed away, leaving a legacy of love and kindness. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
