Alma DickensAlma Louise Dickens, 78, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. She was born on Wednesday, September 28, 1938 in Sanger, CA to Edith Alma Coffey and Clifford Lavanius Dickens. Alma was an avid fisherman and Lady Bear Basketball fan. She worked for over 40 years at Lily-Tulip and loved spending time with her friends and family.Alma was preceded in death by her parents.She is survived by her sister Barbara Grace, her best friend of over 50 years Lois Meese, two nephews, Todd Grace and Jeff Grace (wife Lisa and children Cory and Kayla) of Springfield, MO and many friends and family.A visitation will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 1-2pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804, with funeral services to follow at 2pm. Internment will take place at the Robberson Prairie Cemetery.
