Allen Eugene CappsAllen Eugene Capps was born on May 5, 1932 in Auburn Washington to Thelma and Eugene Capps. He passed away peacefully on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the age of 84.Allen was a devoted loving husband, devoted father and a great grandfather. He is survived by his wife Julayne; son Richard Spooner, daughter Merrilee (Dana); and granddaughters Shaylin, Kelsey, Ashley (Mussig), Victoria and Braiden (Spooner), all of Tacoma; also a grandson Dan Music of Bremerton; a beloved sister Janet Mathews and brother-in-law Norm Mathews of Vashon Island; nephews Tom (Julie) Mathews of Oregon and Jay (deceased) Mathews, and nieces Vicky and Cheryl Mathews and Cindy (Dick) Swenson, all of Vashon and many other wonderful nieces and nephews. Awaiting him in Heaven were his son Stewart Capps and daughter-in-law Terry Capps.The Legacy that he left us is a spirit of generosity and a joy for life.
