Allen Eugene Capps Of Tacoma, was born on May 5th, 1932 in Auburn, Washington to Thelma and Eugene Capps. He passed away peacefully on Friday, October 28th, 2016, at the age of 84. Allen was a loving husband, devoted father, and a great grandfather. He is survived by his wife Julayne Capps, son Richard Spooner, daughter Merrilee Mussig (Dana), and granddaughters Shaylin, Kelsey, Ashley (Mussig), Victoria, and Braiden (Spooner), all of Tacoma; also a grandson, Dan Music of Bremerton, a beloved sister, Janet Mathews, and brother-in-law Norm Mathews of Vashon Island. Also, nephews Tom Mathews of Oregon and Jay Mathews (deceased), and nieces Vicky and Cheryl Mathews and Cindy Swenson, all of Vashon, and many others. Awaiting him in Heaven were his son Stewart Capps and daughter-in-law Terry Capps, where he is now at peace. The legacy that he has left us is a spirit of generosity and a joy of life.
