Alice Marie Payne, 78, passed on September 20, 2020. She was born to George Atkinson and Layla Atkinson on June 21, 1942.

She married Leroy Payne and they lived together in Lathrop, Missouri. Together they raised 2 children Abby Kiehl (Jason kiehl), Amy Justus (David Justus). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Alice graduated from Lathrop High School and received a degree from the University of Missouri.

Alice worked at Elementary teacher and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

She was very loved and will be missed terribly. If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend the memorial service we are holding in her honor at  Lathrop United Methodist Church on May 28th, 2022 at 11 a.m.
