Alice F. McRobbie, 77, Blue Ridge Road, Clarington, died Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the McKinley Health Care Center, Brookville.She was born on May 14, 1937 in Fremont, Ohio. On February 7, 1959 she married Lowell F. "Mac" McRobbie in Clyde, Ohio. He preceded her in death on March 6, 2009.She was a stay at home Mom, and also worked and retired from Prudential Insurance Company.She was a 25 year resident of Clarington with many loving friends in the area.Surviving are: Daughter Cindy Lauer of Southport, NC; Son Robert Scott McRobbie of West Springfield, MA.; Foster son Wayne Parker of Holy Oak, MA; Granddaughter Lindsay Marie Lauer and sister Kaye Abbott of Clarington. She was preceded in death by: Parents, husband, grandson Justin Abbott Lauer, brother Oral Abbott and sister Viola Farster.Visitation at the McKinney Funeral Home, Main Street, Brookville will be at the time of services at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015. The Rev. Dale Livermore will conduct the funeral services. Burial will be in the Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, DC. Memorials may be made to the Clarington Methodist Church, or the Hahne Cancer Center in DuBois, Pa.
