PENDELTON, IN - Alice B Rulapaugh, 92, passed away on December 10, 2013 at the Hancock Regional Memorial Hospital Greenfield, Indiana. She was born on August 6, 1921 in Racine, Wisconsin and resided most of her life in Pendleton. She was a homemaker. She was a volunteer at SPCA. She enjoyed reading, had a love for animals and enjoyed music. Alice is survived by her loving children, Debra Rulapaugh of Pendleton, John (Jeff Kathrell) Rulapaugh of Atlanta, GA, Charles Rulapaugh Jr. of Pendleton, and grandson, Adam Brinker of Dover, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Rulapaugh, mother, Viola Kramer, father, John Kramer, and sister, Deloris Kramer. Arrangements entrusted to Robert D.
