Alfonzo Lee, beloved husband, father, and retired U.S. Military Army Sergeant, passed away on August 6, 2025, in Slidell, Louisiana. He was born on December 4, 1946, to Bobby and Theresa Lee.

Alfonzo dedicated his life to serving his country, ultimately retiring in 1987 as a Sergeant in the Army. His time in the military filled him with stories of bravery, mischief, and camaraderie that he loved to share with anyone who would listen.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his three children, Keitha, Tonya, and Arthur. Alfonzo adored his seven grandchildren, Corey Smith , Camron Terrell, Derrick Porter , Keshura Porter , Kaylah Porter , Areal Smith , Kaitlyn Taylor.

Alfonzo will be remembered for his infectious laughter, love of practical jokes, and unwavering loyalty to those he cared about. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Military Veterans Association in Alfonzo's memory.
