Alexandria Mayhand, affectionately known as Alex, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on April 7, 2026 at the age of 53. She was born on July 10, 1972, and was a beloved member of the community.

Alex attended Vigor High School and went on to further her education at Jackson State. She was a dedicated daycare owner who touched the lives of many children and families in the area.

Alex had a passion for cooking, sewing, and reading books. She loved to spend time in the kitchen whipping up delicious meals for her loved ones, and her talent for crafting and sewing brought joy to those around her.
