Alex Jackson , 66, of Albany, Georgia, passed on August 28, 2023. Alex was born on February 11, 1957 to the late Willie C. Jackson,Sr. and the late Ossie Lee Jackson. Alex provided maintenance work at M&M Mars (currently known as Mars Snack Food) in Albany,Ga for 20 years before going on to provide maintenance work at Palmyra Nursing Home. Alex was was baptized at First Mt.Olive Baptise Church where he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.Alex also graduated the Dougherty County School System. Alex leaves to cherish his memories, 2 daughters, Wykeesa Jackson and Marlethe Thomas. A Godson Markaveien Harris, 6 grandkids, Tywaun Jackson, Asha Jackson, Natayjia Jackson, Jaquantay Washington, Aliyah Milledge and Akimbryia Kendrick, 4 brothers, Jesse Jackson, Charles Jackson, John Lee Jackson and Willie Jackson,Jr., 3 sisters, Gloria (David)Rush, Rose Stephenson, Brenda(Derrick) Williams, a host of nieces,newphews cousins, aunts and uncles.
