Alberto was a devoted husband to Rosa Melendez, with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Together, they raised five children: Alberto, Rudy, Elizabeth, Nicole (with spouse Erick Gomez), and Christopher. He was a doting grandfather to 14 grandchildren.
Alberto will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to his family. He enjoyed listening to tejano music going to the casino and spending time with loved ones. His legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Alberto Melendez will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
