We are gathered here to celebrate the life of Akaia Scott, who was born on September 8, 1988, in Memphis, Tennessee. Akaia sadly left us on September 22, 2025, but her spirit will always live on in those who knew and loved her.

Akaia was the beloved daughter of Carmen Regetta Scott and the loving partner of Shinan Carroll. Together, they raised three beautiful children: Ava Jean, Ariah Grace, and Shai Marie. Akaia was a devoted mother who always put her family first.

Her infectious laughter and vibrant personality brought joy to all who were lucky enough to know her. Akaia had a passion for life and lived each day to the fullest, always with a smile on her face.

Although we are saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing that Akaia is now at peace. She will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Rest in peace, Akaia Scott. You will always be remembered for your light, love, and laughter.
