Adelita is survived by her six children: Idel Sanchez with spouse Lorena Sanchez, Lanie Baldueza with spouse Nestor Baldueza Jr., Ronnie Sanchez, Henry Sanchez with spouse Glenda Sanchez, Jimmy Sanchez with spouse Marivic Sanchez, and Babylyn Peralta with spouse Melvin Peralta. She also leaves behind eight adoring grandchildren.

Adelita will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who always put others before herself. Her legacy of love and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
