Abraham Johnson, affectionately known by all as “Abe” was born in Woodville, Mississippi to Earl and Willette Johnson. In 1953, Abe traveled to Baltimore, Maryland, where he would began a long career as a steel foreman before retiring. He unfortunately lost his battle with cancer on July 28, 2023, after a long fight.

In his life, Abe was often referred to as “the walking party” by family and close friends. He valued family, which is how he was able to score the love of his life Patricia. The two married in 1956, spent the remainder of their lives loving one another, and caring for the family they created.

Preceding him in death is his wife, Patricia Johnson. Abe is survived by his 7 daughters, 3 sons, 29 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and close friends.
