Abeni Badru, 93 passed away at her son's Residence on June 18,2018. She was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. She migrated to the United States in 1983. 

Abeni was a retired nurse-midwife and a minister of the gospel. She was the beloved mother of 9 children with 29 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
