A. Jeannette HarnettyZANESVILLE: A. Jeannette Harnetty, 93, of Zanesville died at 1:30pm Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the Primrose Retirement Community.She was born on August 22, 1920 in Zanesville, OH the daughter of the late Harry J. and Lena C. Bauer Mills. Jeanette was a lifelong member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and worked for Doctors Ed and Joe Booth and Dr. Jim Mackall. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, traveling, playing cards and her family.She is survived by her children, Martha (Louie) Newsom, Michael Harnetty, William (Hayley) Harnetty and Ellen Sue (Martin) Nash; a sister, Susie Hammer; seven grandchildren: Kathleen Iczkowski, Paul, John and Patrick Harnetty, John, Brian and Eric Nash; 17 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends including her special friends, Don and Rosie Snider. Jeanette was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband of 70 years, Clarence Harnetty who died November 23, 2012, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph C. (Kay) Mills, Raymond Leslie (Vonda) Mills and a sister, Mary Jane Mills. Friends may call 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm on Friday, December 13, 2013 at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Ave. with Christian Wake service at 7:45 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am, Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Peter as celebrant.
