Zachary M Gutierrez, 27, of Phoenix and formerly of Tolleson and Avondale died Dec. 27, 2018, in Phoenix from a head trauma.

Mr. Gutierrez was born on Oct. 26, 1991, in Phoenix.

He is survived by his parents, Delores and Brenda Gutierrez, one sister, Katrina Gutierrez; and three grandparents; Sam and Helen Shack and Victoria Guiterrez.

He was active with the West Ridge Southern Baptist Church in Phoenix where he was loved and actively assisted those in need.

Funeral services were Jan. 16 at West Ridge Southern Baptist Church in Phoenix.  The Rev. Daniel Smiley officiated.
